Refresh Design UI for a Real Estate Agent Personal Website

We produce real estate agency digital marketing solutions and, as part of this, we have programatically generated websites for specific real estate agents (brokers) that contain a whole bunch of different types of information, graphics, videos, testimonials, etc. This is all controlled from our back-end, and thus we are not after a wordpress design, rather a framework (with a good example mockup) of an updated version of what we already produce.

The update is required to increase the engagement once people click on the ads, and this is what we are trying to achieve (along with some links to some existing sites of ours).

Adding a bit more detail to what was discussed with Kris:

The current site design is ineffective and doesn't result in many enquiries - phone or email. Our hypothesis is that we are not showing users the most important information and/or make it too hard to find. People want to see recommendations/testimonials, any data available on what they've sold other properties for, what areas they operate in, etc. People don't read the full bio or need a huge photo of what the agent looks like. So the brief is How can we drive more enquiries by making the right information prominent, easy to contact and easy to share with others?

Design considerations:

Make the agent profile photo A LOT less prominent. Good to see their face, but not as important as other information.
Have testimonials above the fold. The italics can be hard to read in some of the agency fonts so consider taking out of italics. Rather than carousel, feature one with a SEE MORE link to the bottom for more testimonials perhaps.
Include space for 3 main points of free copy. This could be where agents mention key awards, top sale price, etc. For example "63 properties sold in 12 months" or "2019 Winner of best agent in Brookvale" or "Northern Beaches local for 30 years"
List of suburbs they operate in. E.g. Brookvale, Beacon Hill, Naraweena, Frenchs Forest
Have short bio above the fold with ..readmore and link to full bio much further down. Bio is important to the agent, but not the vendor so still important to include, but not make as prominent.

At the moment if you click on a property on the Agent site that does not have a UPW, it just pulls up a Contact Form. Can we display 1-3 property photos from the CT system before pulling up a contact form? With SOLD: could the questions be SOLD PRICE / I'D LIKE AN APPRAISAL / I HAVE A SIMILAR PROPERTY

IMPORTANT:
We will impliment the design, so we dont need you to make all the html, CSS, etc - we just need the basic design - and MOST IMPORTANTLY - this will be MOBILE first, then desktop in terms of importance.

    Unfortunately, I saw your contest really late, like a couple of hours ago and eventually got timed out when I tried to submit my entry.

    The reason your project excited me is that I do have prior experience working with one of the competitors that you had listed and felt I could bring lot of value with my experience.

    I believe that the current design may be trying to kill two birds with one stone. Two birds being 1. People looking to buy a property, 2. People trying to sell their property. Since they are two completely different sets of traffic with very different needs and you're trying to give both of them what they want through just one page, neither one of them is getting completely hooked and persuaded enough to trigger a call to action.

    I would suggest creating two separate landing pages for two different set of audiences. Have a prompt on the home page asking them if they are looking to buy or sell and then direct them to a dedicated landing page.
