The Flow Centre

The job is to design a concept design of a building and activity centre that I want to raise funding for. The design needs to be inspiring and professional. The aim of this concept is to show to people and get them interested.

The building must be modern / natural / inspiring / light

This participants of the centre will be 20’s to 40s – active, intelligent, conscious. Perhaps add some avatars walking outside to this effect.

3D Design
The centre is to be split into three sections:
1) Learn
2) Do
3) Recover.
The shape of the building is to resemble the logo (If possible).

All of these rooms do not need to be shown in their entirety, but title and image with an arrow pointing to aspect of building to show the viewer what is inside.

To clarify the job. I am not requesting a full detail of every aspect of the building. I only need 1-3 images showing the overal building. The actual building in the future will be different, this is just a concept design so people can understand the concept of what is trying to be communicated.

Dear contest holder. I understand why people are afraid to respond you at the question of how much you should increase the prize...because is hard to estimate how many hours will be invested to design the exterior to look realistic. You see...you can have plenty of vegetation and still to look bad because of the render or to look acceptable and you to be very satisfied as it is. On the other hand, you can ask for bespoke renders that you can see on very well known architects and those renders are not coming with a few hours of work. Take into account that you will ask to modify some stuff from time to time, because is normal, let's face it, to wish to modify some parts of the concept and is making your project hard to predict in therms of hours invested. I propose you a better deal(because I seen that others are just pressing a button and ask an increase of the prize without specifying how much). Do you want to work together in making your renders as you need at 20$/hour?
