Hi everyone, I'm looking for a logo/brand design for our surf shop named Surf Sisters Siargao which is located on Siargao Island in the Philippines. The winner will receive our future business and of course we will pay for whatever designs we use and give full design credit every time we do.
I'm going to drop a few files for what I had in mind and what we're using at the moment, but I'm open to whatever might come along and will know the minute I see it.
I originally had this Super Girl theme that you'll notice below but it keeps getting dissed because everyone associates the logo with Super Man and we're a woman's brand.
The rest is up to you and I'm excited to see what everyone comes up with. Thank you soon much in advance.

Neslie, sang ayon ako sa iyo, tibay ng pagmumukha ng mga taga bansang may berde at pulang bandila, garapalan sa pangongopya, may karanasan ako na kinopya ang medyo mataas na rating ng design ko sa isang contest at INIBA LANG ANG KULAY, tapos inentry na niya. Nakakatawa na nakakainis. :D

Don't justified yourself, you copy a very first image in google search "surf logo". let see it side by side:

Now tell me if its not copy? you clearly copied the entire concept and you say no copyright infringement??? are you fucking blind? Then we better all do the same shit, look on the internet and go for the best logo and make same replica and say its only inspired... that was easy job... way to easy...

This is ridiculous, we the real designer try so hard to come up with original design in this copycat designer just copy direct from the internet just few edits. and then where rejected. Look Guys , you're saying some offensive shit like you're a logo making god who pops out each truly original and unique designs out of their ass in thin air..I mean how can you say that the image shown on link can be the logo i made in some few edits..i mean just look at it...
Its takes skills to make something out of something... I know how you designers work and make their logos..so don't pretend that you make every bit of drawing, creating vector and layers acting like your somekind of true designer ......and the copyright infringement, contest holder analysed and registered the logo and it doesn't fall under any copyright restrictions....Thank you And Neotrix777 is not me :)- 6 años atrás

Guys, report the winning entry and freelancer will decide if it's copied (which obviously is) or not, and they will penalize the contestant. Meaning the contest holder will need to chose another design. This happened before. Let's not encourage copycats !!
