Hi Guys we are sponsoring a local news website / blog and Ive been asked to recreate the logo.

The town is Tamworth which has a famous castle, and was once the capital of Mercia (Old england) and its flag and shield colours were a light blue and yellow (see attached logo but please use different shades of blue and yellow - mine are terrible :)) and the beta of the website is at http://ti.tieronedesign.co.uk

My idea was to combine the ramparts of a castle a shield and a pen (as its a news website for tamworth) client is happy with my concept but im just not convinced its quite right...so over to you guys...

I also though of a megaphone/ loudspeaker 'shouting' the news to the residents of tamworth ..but Im hoping you agree with my idea above and attached.

the job is to finish/ tweak/ improve what Ive done so far and Ill be awarding the competion hopefully within 24 hours from this post.

pls check #2 ! I used a symbol of a BELL, since it make people aware, same as news !!!
