I need a UI design for a chat management application. In the attachments you can find a screenshot of a similar app.

The app has the following components that need to be designed:

- a small link menu sidebar with the following links:
Chatbot (for chatbot management), Chats, Settings, Team, Invoices

- a menu where you can see and select a workspace that you are working in. For example: You are in the workspace "Developers", so you click on "developers" and only see chats that are meant to be answered by developers. The different teams will be generated dynamically, so just put in some examples like Devs, CEO, Support staff, Marketing, whatever.

- a list of open chats with name, location and a preview of the last message

- the actual chat window that contains all messages and events + their time

- a CRM window that contains information about the user. We need the following fields:
Name, Email, Phone, Last viewed page, latest conversations, first seen. you can add more if you like.

There also has to be a textfield to let the staff employee answer to the chat OR send a note to another employee.

The page will have the same functionality as the one in the example image (Intercom) and we really like their layout, but we need you to be creative and redesign this page without making it look like a COPY.
