The woman should have an American accent. Mid 20's sounding. She should be sad an remorseful, voice cracking/ crying.

Here is the script: Hi Ellen, you don't know me but I'm really sorry to tell you that Brian has been cheating on you..I'm really really sorry.I heard you got engaged and I thought you deserved to know the truth about him. I'm really really sorry. It won't happen again.
