We are creating a data collection website for an access control.

Therevore I need 3 pages:

- Login form: with some text for "data protection" and the impress: Project number: ________ Password: ________
- Main page with open locks and the history
- Logout button

Our existing website: http://www.pslocks.com / all 3 new pages should be similar to this page

I made a page with some data to show at the main page: http://www.pslocks.com/cloud

Finally, I'll need the HTML code.
