I have a MS SQL 2005 server which has been running fine for months and has now developed an issue that I need fixed. I have a stored procedure which calls Capicom to encrypt/decrypt passwords. When I run a procedure to read a known good password, I get an error 0x80029c4a, Source is ODSOLE Extended Procedure, description isError loading type library/DLL. I have rolled back the updates that someone installed on the server at about the same time it stopped working, I have uninstalled and re installed Capicom.
