I need a CAD design of a clamping mechanism that is ergonomic and easy. It should not have too many steps to close, should look sleek and be adjustable to round or square bars of a balcony in order to hold a telescopic pole. It should be a mechanism which can be clamped on and off quickly but still be secure. I have added an example of a prototype i have created which can be explored. I need a CAD drawing for 3D printing. It is a plastic cam buckle that will accommodate two 1/2" wide nylon straps running through it. The cam buckle can clamp the straps in place so they cannot move. Each strap is .075" thickness for a total of 0.16" thickness. I marked the approximate lengths/widths on the photo that I would like for the cam buckle. This photo is of a similar cam buckle.
