I am looking for a form to be developed with logic in DocuSign or FormStack. Where an user selects a number from drop-down selection box (ie: 20,30,50) the number will spawn pages with rows of input boxes (25 rows of input boxes for data collection per page), so if you selects 20 that equals 1 page displayed. Select 30, 2 pages are displayed. Select 50, then 3 pages are displayed for user input and SUBMIT. My project: Client enters data into website (Gravity forms), then a zap (from Zapier) sends to Formstack Documents (formerly webmerge). Currently I get error that email address is not completed. However, it is completed. I believe there is an error in tags. Email address is required since Formstack Documents sends it to Sign Now for signatures. Once this is working I would like to set my website up to work with Zoho so that I am not so dependent on all the different products. I purchased Zoho One that have the forms, sign, and CRM.
