1) My data are from 2 database servers needs to be showed on a world map. 2) The world map is based on d3.js background 2a) in light grey color 2b) centered in the IE edge or Firefox. 2c) geojson data has to be stored locally drive where .html is stored. 3) based on the Continent where mouseover is over, it will highlight the countries. We have 9 black and white icons that we need to get uniformed so they all look like they are from the same set. these icons will then need parts of these black and white icons changed to red for a mouseover effect. we are looking for a new graphics person to provide ongoing tasks like this. we are open to use other icons as long as they are uniformed and along the same lines as what is shown in the presentation. please feel free to submit an example with a watermark and a fixed price quote.

What I'd like: I have noticed that another site, Leafly, has the same looking google map, but their custom markers look better with smaller or larger background for the marker and if you mouseover the hidden markers, they temporarily rise above the other markers so you can see their marker thumbnail. Thats it. I'll attach some images showing what it looks like currently, as well as what I would prefer them to look like, along with when one marker has a mouseover. I don't need any backend coding, I am just looking for some frontend code that I can switch out my background dynamically generated data with, so really just a sample like on Codepen or something.
