I want to move my ning network to buddypress

I have a social network currently hosted on Ning. That company allows me to download a series of JSON files as a backup of all of my content. However there are errors in these files that make them invalid. I would like someone to take these JSON file backups, repair them, and then upload them to a new Wordpress / Buddypress installation using the Import From Ning Wordpress plugin. All design work and functionality has already been built into the new site, so none of that will be required. The task is just to fix the JSON files and then import them successfully into Wordpress. You must prove you know about NING - and the issues involved in re-creating a ning network on another hosting service. The site has hundreds of photos, videos and 686 profiles on the ning servers. Ning is trying to keep it's users locked into there service. Dir is not available through FTP. So I don't know how you can get access to the files? Ning
