OpenCRX is installed on CentOS 6 server in EC2 environment. Initial project is to configure email services and establish other long-term support. Direct experience with configuring Open CRX is required.

Hi, I am looking for assistance from someone knowledgeable about the use of OpenCRX. I have successfully installed the program but I am new to it. I have created a User but this user can't create "Opportunities". The admin-Standard also cant do this. The error is "Can't create/edit object.... the reason is ". Probably this is due to a permissions absence. So how to grant some user to create new Opportunities? The same problem exists with Sales Orders. User can however create leads and contacts. Some additional, ongoing coaching on its use will also probably be needed in the future. Thank you.

Overview We need a CRM/ERP solution that handles tracking/approving sales forms from remote sales these reps. We prefer to use an open source CRM/ERP (OpenCRX or Dolibarr ) solution as a base as this is the first phase of a multi phase project. How it should work Each sales team (Dealer) scans their sales forms for the day and then sends the resulting .jpg or .pdf file to us for approval. The information on the scans is then verified for correctness by our admins. If there is incorrect or missing sales information, we want to be able to make a note of it and have an email is sent to the dealer who originated the sale, have them make corrections and then the dealer makes corrections and re-uploads the scan.
