Hi, I currently have a circuit that has manual 'switches' in it. Currently there is a piece of plastic that spins around on a shaft, hit hits two manual contact switches depending on which way it is spinning. This is not a good design as each time it hits the switch it 'slows' it down from spinning. So we want to redesign this system as basic as possible using a 3D HALL SENSOR. So it detects the spinning, which way it is spinning, then triggers opto isolator output depending on which way it is spinning, clock wise or anti clock wise. I have a product around 40mm cubed. It is plastic extruded. For confidentiality reasons, I can’t show it until the job is awarded. I need to get it captured in CAD so that I can modify and upgrade it. Then I will need to get the new revised object 3D printed (by others). The length of this plastic stake is 25 inches long and the top end of the stake it needs to be hollow so one stake can be stacked up on top of the other as the plant grows you can stack up one stake on top of the other. this plant stake is round with approx. 3/8" diameter.
