The purpose of Touch Panel Controller project, that uses Qt framework for GUI with C++, and CAN bus messages to send the status of the GUI elements (push buttons, radio buttons, etc..) then the send the data thru CAN Bus frame, as well, to read the data from CAN bus messages then display it on the GUI elements (labels, text, etc..). this is the main idea for this project. We are atempting to create a simple comunication simulator between a student pilot and a teacher. The student will receive instructions from the teacher, and will need to enter the request onto the walkie talkie. I have been building my radio control project since May 2020. A lockdown project that didn’t stop. It uses Teensy 4.x MCUs, nRF24L01P transceivers, Nextion displays, 3D printed cases. It’s now more than 10,000 lines. I am entirely self taught in C++. It’s all on GitHub. It’s already pretty good, but could go further with proper planning and perhaps re-structuring of the code.
