DB and Web interface for fruit company

I am looking for a Database to manage my production facility, what this facility does is RECEIVE fruit from a FARMER (receival consignment) then sizes the fruit, grade it to quality then pack's it into 10kg boxes, 20kg boxes, 175kg bin's and/or 300kg bins. I then SEND that fruit to a number of BUYERS with different amount BREAKUP'S going to each.
When a farmer brings in his fruit, it may come from different paddocks that I must track.
The tricky part is that there's a number of pack sizes and qualities that need to be managed.
I need a system that can keep a track of the fruit that comes in and where it goes to, including the breakup of what was sent.
I have done plenty of DB work in the past but I am looking for someone to develop this DB and link it to a web front end that can be viewed with the appropriate stylesheet's to suit iPhones.
There are a number of forms and view's I need to create which are listed in the attached file. Please ask questions!
