CK Editor plugin for videos with jplayer

I require a plugin for CK Editor (version 3.6) to support editing pages with embedded videos. Videos will be played with the [login to view URL] library, but all you need to do is insert an <image> tag into the content and we'll convert to a jplayer with jquery when the page is viewed. However, you will need to integrate jplayer into the plugin to give a preview of the video. The plugin also needs to have an integrated server file browser. This is similar to the default CK editor browser, except that we need the server file browser to be embedded in the insert video dialog, rather then being a popup like the default. Attached is a mockup of the CK editor plugin I'm after, marked up with comments describing the required features. You add vertical and horizontal containers which contain elements known to CK editor like text fields, buttons, etc, all of which results in a table based layout built by the CK editor framework. You can use the standard insert/edit image plugin as an example. Or you can insert some HTML via javascript and manipulate that without the help of the CK framework. I think you could get a reference to jquery in the plugin which might simplify things. We have an existing framework for querying the server for files and folders via ajax/json, example code can be provided on request, but its pretty simple.
