BANNER-SITE

This website will be very easy. I simply want to be able to add pages and pages banners. I will have separate categories of banners. I will need to be able to edit categories and add as many categories and pages as I want, This should support jpegs, gifs and animated gif banners. There will also be featured banners on the home page. $50 is the budget for this because only a simple admin needs to be built and a nice slick design. (This is Phase 1) In Phase 2, I want to add small shopping Cart with my Google Checkout account with less than 10 items. This banner site will eventually charge yearly membership fees. I must be able to easily keep track of what member owes what. So somehow, when a person purchase a membership, their username needs to be categorized with their purchase so I know when they have to pay again. If you can do both, please let me know how much will you charge to do the design and the small shopping cart for. Also, using an opensource CMS is OK. Which one will you be using? Will not tolerate people who bid low days and then take forever. I will cancel project with people with poor communication. Just do not bid if you are not ready to work and give good customer service. Please send portfolio.
