Classic ASP, CSS & Javascript - Additions & Updates

This is a simple project for an experienced coder. You can work off of our server so you don't waste time setting up your own work environment.
For this classic ASP Project, I would like to do the following:
1) in our top navigation, use our new logo which is smaller. The new top navigation needs to display properly and aligned as before.
2) on 2 other pages, change 2 drop downs to use a single text area where users can choose up to 4 selections and pass these values to the appropriate stored procedure(s).
3) on another page, add tabs, social media buttons, and a slide bar to prevent spam.
You can create new javascript and CSS files but do not change the existing files, so your code doesn't break other pages on our site. There must be no horizontally scrolling in all browsers and screen resolutions.
