ASP Classic Page to Connect to MS Access 2013 Database -- 2

I have a simple database of vending machine locations and the products that they carry. The structure of the database is complete and is still being populated. I just need a web page that is written to work with ASP Classic (ASP.NET will not work with the server we are using) that has drop down menus for Floors, Drinks, Snacks and a Search Box that will return related records. So if the user selects a floor from the drop down for floors it will display the machines on that floor where they are located and what they contain. Or if a user selects a particular snack or drink from their individual menu it will display what floor and where the vending machine is located. The drop down menus will need to populate from the database. The search box would allow text search so if the user didn't want to scroll through 50+ snacks they could just type the snack name and it would display all the locations where that snack could be found. I can provide a database that is partially populated to help with the development the database file will be in the same folder as the page.
