Recommendation: The research, needs analysis and evaluation should be approximately 2000 words.
Task 2 Case study
Within your case study, you are required to produce a sales forecast and present sales targets based on the sales forecast. This should include: 2.3
• Sales forecast e.g. quantitative and qualitative techniques 2.4
• Use of sales forecast e.g. plan investments, launch new products, decide when to close or withdraw products or services 2.8
• Budget and costing 2.8
• The importance of producing sales targets e.g. increase/maintain revenue, monitor and measure success 2.9
