We are in need of a group of individuals / team capable of taking course notes, powerpoint slides, and other types of school study materials, and creating practice questions out of them in the form of multiple choice questions.
This job requires COMPLETE fluency in the English (US) language. It is also a huge advantage to have expertise in any of the following areas: biology, finance, economics, psychology, chemistry, marketing, general business, and most other academic subjects on the college level.
Each different course will be priced differently due to difficulty and amount of questions necessary. Each chapter for a course requires a minimum of 40-50 questions, and the average number of chapters for a class is around 14.

I am a secondary school English teacher with ten plus years experience. My degree is a BA in Communication/English with a single subject credential in English. I also have twenty years creative writing experience, and published (short stories, poetry). Over the past five years I participated in writing questions for the high scool's ACS test (benchmarks). As an experienced university lecturer and high school teacher, setting exams comes easily to me - both in terms of identifying the most important facts to test, and in phrasing questions in a logical and effective way.
My main qualifications are in English literature and cultural studies, but I also hold diplomas in business management and education, and have worked extensively on technical writing work for environmental consultancies (see my CV please). I would be happy to participate in a trial run, if that suits you.
Your job description describes a variable rate, which makes sense. I would expect $30 per hour.
