Hello, I own a New Zealand limited liability company and wish to launch a marketplace for NYC-based buyers and sellers which will operate on a .nyc domain. To use this domain, I must have nexus in NYC and, therefore comply with all related tax requirements. I'm looking to partner with an NYC-based CPA tax specialist to assist and oversee my NYC income and tax strategy/filings accordingly to ensure I am compliant as per the NZ-US tax treaty and tax laws specific to NYC and NY state.
