AS3 Flash Game Programming

I represent a social game development company with personnel in Pakistan, Philippines, Iran and Serbia. We're currently working on an avatar customization and nurturing game for Facebook, and want to hire a contractor with serious chops in AS3 game programming alongside of working knowledge of single core PureMVC framework. The said contractor will get to work on the game's core engine, and extending the functionality of various modules as production steps towards beta. Moreover, the said contractor will be required to work dedicatedly full-time for the company for the period of the contract. More details about the project are as follows: 1) About the production - we're developing a social game for Facebook - it's a pets themed avatar customization and nurturing game. More about this as the process goes on. 2) Number of hours required - between 100-120 in a month: between 25-30 in a week: between 5-6 hrs in a day. Weekdays required. 3) Timings - we would need set time slots per day. Floating timings to be avoided. You'll have to confirm to me a time-slot you can give us. 4) Medium-term commitment - that is, 2 to 3 months of continued contractual work. 5) Last but not least, one thing important to us is that our successful candidate be available on Skype at all times during his/her work hours with us. 6) All entering candidates will be given a written quiz to vet their skills. Those who make it beyond that round will then be shortlisted for an interview and (if required), a test task. The successful candidate will be required to begin work with us right away. Thanks.
