Craigslist Poster

I am looking for an assistant whose only job will be to make craigslist postings for me. If you are good (work at a high rate), I can give you a large amount of hours depending on your hourly rate. The process is fairly simple, but might require a little training in how to edit html/etc. I could pay you either per hour with a minimum performance standard, or per craigslist post, you can propose either. The way it would work would be I would give you a list of several hundred properties I want posted to craigslist throughout the day in addition to my craigslist and zillow login information (I'm a real estate agent). You would go into Zillow and find the properties in my list, copy the html code it gives you to make a craigslist post, then you would have to do a little editing in the html (as easy as copying & pasting but you have to know exactly where to start and end) because I have a custom header & footer I want displayed. Finally you would find the property on my personal website, and copy the link to it into the post, create a title for the property and post it on craigslist. When I do it, it takes me 2-3 minutes per post and I have only done a few, I'd imagine if you are doing this for hours you could become very efficient.. I might even create the title part for you. Send me your proposal for compensation and your qualifications, as well as the hours you would be available to post. 9am - 9pm Eastern (US) highly preferred for availability. I might even have room for two or three posters depending on how many hours/posts you want.
