Agent Goal Access Program Project
I have created a simple Goal program for sales people. I have created a dialogue box named:
“Dialogue Box Goal Report Office/Agent“ where the user enters the goal report month and Year and Agent number if needed. Then the user can click on a tab labeled:
“Show Agent Monthly Goal Report” or
“Show Office Monthly Goal Report” or
I have already created 2 forms called:
Goals form Agent (these are samples and info is not correct)
Goals form Office (these are samples and info is not correct)
These 2 forms are the way I want the completed form to look. You can use these forms.
(1.) I need someone to correct the dialogue box named:
“Dialogue Box Goal Report Office/Agent“ where the top text box accepts the number 1 thru 12, then the year (07,08,09) and the next text box accepts the agent number.
(2.) Then create a query that when the user clicks “Show Agent Monthly Goal Report”
A. It lists what the agents app goal was for Jan of that year, then calculates actual apps written for Jan of that year, then calculates +/- above there goal.
B. Then lists what the agents premium goal was for Jan of that year, then calculates actual premium written for Jan of that year then calculates +/- above their goal.
C. Then lists what the agents Commissions goal was for Jan of that year, then calculates actual commissions written for Jan of that year then calculates +/- above their goal.
This would need to be done for each month of that year. A query should do the calculations.
Then a total would have to appear at the bottom of the form. The form must look like the one attached to this project named: “Goals Form Agent”

The basic 2 forms are already set up. Someone needs to change the labels I have created in the samples to text boxes with correct data. Someone needs to create the query/queries
(I would like for this to be done with queries or expressions or whatever with as little code as possible) Thanks
