I have a data file that will include 1000's of titles. (Ex: The file will contain, Title, Author, Genre)

I have an Amazon affiliate account.

I need someone to create links for all of the titles that will take the user to the area to purchase that specific book.

As I will be adding new titles, what ever you do needs to be able to be updated by me.
