Circuit for Pump: Refine Prototype I have a limited amount of time to test the below features of a prototype and get a working manufactured board. This project/contest is complete once I have: Tested all of the below features and they work successfully Received the compact, compressed board with the working components (transferred from the Arduino functionality) back from the “manufacturer/builder/fabricator” I attach/solder a limited number of components (motor, pressure switch, pressure sensor, power switch, battery connectors, LEDs) and it works as tested. The control app works as tested and designed. (The app is driven by function not aesthetics) The board is currently using Arduino for prototyping, but the finished product should not be using Arduino at all. Current Status: App interaction via bluetooth has been confirmed release valve confirmed responsive motor confirmed responsive pressure sensor confirmed responsive bluetooth confirmed responsive Board powered by 12v plug Arduino components connected to board and connect to computer via usb I need someone to work with me to: Test the current prototype features, Create the new file for manufacturing, Make modifications to the app. Operate a pump Operate release valve Respond to BlueTooth commands and capture data via BT Capture logs and transmit via BT of all activity Show Power levels and transmit via BT Respond to Sensor information Operate Pressure release valves Additional features of the device will be: Bluetooth (BT) enabled It needs to be rechargeable via USB port. Green LED indicates completely charged Flashing blue light when recharge is needed (NOTE: LEDs are not built into the board, but wired and able to be positioned.) Quick Start feature starts designated default program Log of all activity is captured and able to be transferred via BT Pressure sensors (range of levels) Release valve Pressing the power button and holding it for 1 second starts a preset (once it’s programmed) Pressing the power button and holding it for 3 seconds stops any activity and returns motors to home position. All motors and physical functions will be controlled via bluetooth All logs captured will be sent and captured via blue tooth. [All main features, even if not mentioned above, will be bluetooth accessible]. The circuit needs to be compact and as sleek/streamlined as possible. It can’t have inductors and resistors sticking up in random places. Smooth it out. Make it look professional not like a science project. Deliverables: Signed NDA PCB BOM with all supporting components Component selection list in spreadsheet format (with costs, adapters, batteries, battery connectors, all components to make the device work.) Gerber files for fabrication Manufacture files created Layout design & Gerber generation for PCB fabrication CAD Files Predetermined run programs to be provided upon acceptance of the project. Testing _________ Battery - full run to completely dead Recharge - Recharge time from completely dead to fully charged Pump - BT - Signals (encrypted) for all input described above can be sent/received Data - Formatting/content (encrypted) for all input described above can be sent/received This project/contest is complete when I have: Received the compact, compressed board with the working components back from the “manufacturer/builder/fabricator” I attach/solder a limited number of components (motor, pressure switch, pressure sensor, power switch, battery connectors, LEDs) and it works as tested.
