Code 2 methods for my App

First Method: Give a square bitmap image, write me a method that takes this square bitmap, and returns a circular bitmap with a white border. Second method: This is after my activity calls the "onActivityResult(...) method after taking a picture with an Intent. Give the image information in the "Intent data" object that is passed, fetch the image path as a string. Please only bid if you know exactly how to do these things. Work must be original, it may be used commercially so I don't want any licensing/copyright issues please!
