Combining Database development with Android and iOs App

My partners and I are looking for somebody to build a prototype of an application. We are working with a small time frame and need somebody that can be fully dedicated to this project. Preferably somebody younger, without a family and other responsibilities. I want to be able to call and bug this person at all reasonable times of the day. This project requires somebody that is very experienced with data mining and database building. Data needs to be acquired from social media, as well as applications on the iOs and Android phones. This person must also be very experienced with app development for both iOs and Android devices. If you have read this app and are interested include the word app in the beginning of your response message all in capital letters. The developer must be located in the USA, preferably the New York area.
