A simple android app for reading barcodes and qrcodes and sending them over bluetooth to paired PC

An android app and an associated chrome app to make your android phone act like a barcode and qrcode reader for chrome running on a pc. We need a simple native android app that can scan barcodes and qrcodes via the device camera, decode them and send the decoded string via bluetooth to a PC that is paired via bluetooth to our android device.

On the receiving end we need to stuff the string received into the keyboard so that the active application open on that other device will read them as keystrokes.

In fact we need an almost replica of this app demoed below except for the fact that instead of having a windows app at the other end we would like to have a chrome app that would read the bluetooth message and stuff it in the current form input:

We will need an app on the PC too (a chrome app) for this to work. Should work on all versions of windows or mac since it is a chrome app.

If chrome cannot access local bluetooth data or if it is technically not possible for a chrome app to do it then we could develop and exact replica of the demoed app above - in that case yo would need to develop a windows app to receive the data and stuff it in the keyboard. In such a case we will be able to send the code only to PCs and not macs or other devices - so we will prefer to develop for chrome and use it on macs too.
