Animation of an Existing Corporate Brand Building Comic

We are seeking an animator or studio to create an animation and resulting video from an existing illustrated corporate comic. The 4 page comic was created for a client to re-enforce their brand with the introduction of a corporate mascot. We want each frame (or cell) of the comic to have an simple added animation or visual effect, continuous background music, appropriate sound effect and the ongoing narration of the story. This narration will continue seamlessly throughout the resulting video. Since text is in English, the narrator should be a native English speaker. The comic content was created in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and finalized with Quark Xpress. All source files will be provided to the winning bidder.
