Hi, I've recently completed a betfair application which receives the odds in from several bookmakers and lays bets based on the resulting average odds. Is there a particular market that you are interested in? The thing I found was that the number of feeds from bookmakers are very limited for the market I was looking at (soccer). How soon do you need this done by? I primarily work evening on this work as I'm a full time engineer by profession. Ideally I would be writing this as a Java application, which should run without issue. Have you accounts set up with the bookmakers?

I was and am still implementing projects like your one. With the arbitrage team (from UK) with which I am still working I have implemented betting modules for 10+ bookies. I am a specialists in the online betting and trading software development. For my other customers (the arbitrage team) I was taking 500pounds per bookie for the data scrapping and the bet placement module. Hope that it is ok for you also. I think that the price is reasonable. There are a lot of tricks in the the data scrapper and especially in the bet placers because for some bookies they show one event per page and we will have to send multiple requests in a second. The other way is we to lower the update frequency of the odds. Here I have a question are you talking about soccer events or for horse racing events? For the horse racing events the case is much better because we see all events on one page. But for the soccer it is a problem because for 100 events today we will have to lower the update frequency of the odds in order the bookmaker not to block the IP address from which we are sending the requests and are receiving the responses... I know all tricks and all weak points in the development of softwares like these.
