A sources and purchase "agent" student in Bologne city Italy

Hello this is Lior from Cooola fashion brands LTD Israel. We are looking for a freelancer purchase agent in bologna Italy. You could be a student as well in order to fulfill this job. We are a fashion Company that purchase ladies fashion garments such as blouses, dresses, knitwear, cardigans, jeans etc. We need small purchases each 14 days, so the job is about of total 3 days a month (1.5 day each purchase). What we need, is a freelancer agent that can go to different wholesalers and take photos on spot and send it to us with [login to view URL] we have the most hot models photos, we can decide which one we want to purcase and to coordinated with the agent in SKYPE from the wholesaler business address. (The idea is also to connect us to new suppliers in this business) the whole process must be on site and mobile with the agent. the agent need to send photos of different suppliers and new models the supplier will show. The agent must be online all the time so we can take immediate decision based on photo and based on the agent opinion as well. the sourcing and purchase should be from the Italian Chinese in Bologna. Our purchase price range is from 1eu to 12eu depending on the category, model, quality etc. The process of 1.5 working days: 1) the agent get to the wholesale area, start sending photos and info of the wholesalers in the area and from there business start sending photos of new items they got with prices. 2)we confirm models - confirm final prices - getting invoice from seller to our email and transfer the invoice amount via pay pal directly to the seller. 3) the agent responsible to make sure that the suppler add our label to the garment + our washing instruction. (we will provide the label however reg the washing instruction in Hebrew we send the content of the label, and the supplier make them on spot and add it to the existing washing instruction that is already on the garment). all illustration of where each label should be added where and how, will be provided in time. 4) the agent collect all the purchases to one supplier\seller we both think is the best and wait to the courier company until they collect it and confirm to us that all parcel have been collected. This process should be 2 times a month. it takes you in total 3 full days of work, with a lot of fun and logistic:-) for those 3 days of work (1.5 day each 14 days) you will get commission of 300 Euros.
