Capturing Images From Frame Grabber (DVR) Card

I have a project that is to counts object in stream. I am using OpenCV in my project. I need to use a DVR card and CCD cameras for my project. I have a capture card (DVR card) it has 8 channels that capture 200 frames in a second. I need a program that capture images DVR card into my own program. The program, which I need, will have a picture box and a timer; it will first enumerate the channel then, in every 40 millisecond (25 images in a secon - real time) the timer will get images from DVR card channel to box in program. That means only I need to connect to DVR card.
