**Requirements:**

Part I:

The current application executes search queries incorrectly based on a combination of LstFormType and AltLstFormType. Both LstFormType and AltLstFormType have been depreciated and can no longer be used in search queries. The originating form post “PropertyType?? now needs to translate/correspond to a field in the “Listings?? table of the database called “UnisversalPropertyType??.

Part II:

In the “Customer Setup Tab?? inside of the client site admin area; you will need to hardcode the possible UniversalPropertyType values (we no longer need to specify them since every client site search will have the same 8 possibilities for UniversalPropertyType. The only thing that the admin should be required to specify is the “Default?? UniversalPropertyType (one of eight hard values). This should be depicted as a text label that says which option is active and a dropdown with 8 options tied to a save button. Once saved it updates the active default value as well as changes the text label to show the new active value.

**Coder will be granted access to the code, database, Visual Source Safe, and Visual Studio through accessing the server via VPN and Remote Desktop.**
