"It was a fantastic shot though, and fast, it gave me that bit of extra time to get out of that stupid vine." She looks around at the rapidly darkening forest. " We should go. Your Highness." He paused, hurt and looked at her. " I only knew about the brain because the monks told me, otherwise, I would have gone for the eye too." " Great." She spat. " The same monks we are running from, taught YOU to survive in their demon-riddled forest, forgive me, Your Highness, but that doesn't exactly reassure me." She hands him his backpack and shoulders her own. Sighing, he sheathes his sword, shoulders his pack and follows her down the darkening path.
