Hello,
I am a writer, editor, and Japanese translator with over three years of professional experience. I lived in Japan for a total of three years, and have been a fan of manga, anime, and Japanese culture for over a decade.
I graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with Bachelor's Degrees in both Japanese and Creative Writing. I am currently the editor of a food blog, proofreading and reviewing content before publication. From 2012 to 2014, I worked in Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher of English with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. I also taught English in several other capacities and worked as a freelance editor and re-writer for Enigmo, preparing books translated from Japanese for publication in English. I will begin teaching Japanese at the high school level in September.
I am an excellent writer with impeccable grammar, a strong passion for words, and a dedication to providing quality content. I am an avid reader of manga, watch a wide variety of anime series, and follow current manga and anime trends in Japan.
