**(REAL WORLD PEOPLE in BLACK AND WHITE SKETCHES)**

**WIN** (Winifred a female). She is the **EXECUTIVE** who is the leader of the group and needs to succeed. She wants to win! Personality: Optimistic, visionary.

**RIP** (Riptorn a male). He is the **MANAGER** who is torn between two directions - the vision aspect of job and the operational, getting-things-done part. He feels "ripped" apart from all the needs of both sides. Personality: positive, and very frustrated.

**VAL** (Valerie female). She is the individual employee who, above all, wants to contribute, be of value to the organization. She is eager to participate, if only she knew what to do and had the approval to do it. Personality: hopeful and ready.

**MO** is the energy engine -- providing the momentum. The gems he has in his back pocket are VEPs (Vision Execution Plans) where every single person can contribute and communicate with ease. so everyone is on the same page, with focus, empowerment and momentum. Personality: Energetic, forward-moving, focused.

## Deliverables

> * This specific project will pay $400, but in order to get the job you must develop 4 characters to client's satisfaction.

> These characters would preferably be done in a simple, perhaps "cartoon type" style, and must provide insight on the character (such as personality and emotion see suggestions below.)

> The final illustrations will be used in a variety of ways to launch a new web-based, business-success tool, including being part of a slide show video and a book. This product is expected to be globally successful. Once the primary illustrations are accepted, future work will follow to bring these characters to life in business situations. Once accepted, you will be hired to create images for the expected video and book.

He is ***torn ***between two directions - the vision aspect of job and the operational, getting-things-done part. He feels "***ripped***" apart from all the needs of both sides. ***His momentum ****is thwarted*** because he is not able to focus all his activities and resources (his people / time / tasks) in one direction towards the organization's goals. _**Personality**_: marginally positive, and very frustrated.

> * **Val** (short for *Valerie *or *Valentino* - female / male). She / he is the individual employee who, above all, wants to***contribute***, be of ***value ***to the organization. She /he is ***eager***to participate, if only he/she knew what to do and had the approval to do it. She / he ***lacks momentum***. He / she is sitting idly by or doing busy work, but without being focused on the vision. _**Personality**_: Waiting by the wayside, yet hopeful and ready.
