Configure simple Asterisk with 3CX

Asterisk 3.0.0 and FreePBX.
The installation is complete, My student configured the extensions on the Server and configured 2 phones.
Both phones are "On Hook" and connected to the server, but when they try to dial to another extension it is ringing but without notifying the receiver phone!!.
They tried the configuration using both Code and Web interface. I believe it will be very very simple task for those who are familiar with asterisknow.
Communication is done via Skype.
