Hi,
we want call recordings to save in a folder for each extension. The name of the file should should show:
Incomming calls - caller id, date/time, inbound route number
outgoing calls - dialled number , date/time, outbound presented number
Also putting this nicely into CDR's, as we want the ability to be able to look up numbers dialled / received to link to our client database. Somthing we will work on ourselves...
We require step by step instructions as we want to know how we can add to other servers we have.
