Audio Edit Hypnosis CD

I need audio editing for a hypnosis cd that I am making. Part 1 1) I need a little over 3 minutes on the end of the intro taken off and replaced with what is on another audio file 2) I need the whole thing edited to sound better ( ex. take out the ums etc.) 3) I need it to have a richer sound. 4) I need delta waves added to the background 5) I need an audio track of my choosing added as background music The whole audio after editing will be approximately 15 minutes long. Part 2 I need a second version of this. This time we will take part of the middle, where I make the suggestions for them to sleep through the night, have a good night sleep etc. and copy and paste it a few times. It needs to sound natural. As I am giving them the same suggestions over and over we will be doing this to make this version last about 45 minutes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is a wave file and needs to be created as wave files.
