Create beat Hip Hop beat sampling an older song

Hi,

I'd like to remix this song.

I like the basic beat, but I'd like to add more bass and complexity to the song.

I'd also like to have the lyrics taken off so that I can add my own. I'm fairly new to the music, but I work as a web developer. Please ask any questions you need for clarification. My hope is someone can create something without alot of direction from me, but I'm available by skype as well to help point the developer in the right direction. I need it back in .wav file.
