I have Autodesk Revit 14 certification and am a member of the Green Building Council of Australia and also recently completed Autodesk's Building Performance Analysis certification programme. I focus on sustainable outcomes or as sustainable as possible with the clients expectations and specifications. I will provide you with high quality drawings required for building approval and if required high quality 3d renderings which is off course what you require. To achieve this I will build your model in 3D within Autodesk Revit 14 then push to Autodesk 3dsMax Design 14 for final renderings. Hi, I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of work, $80 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect. If you just need 2D drawings I have a 2 hour min. per project.
