Do they need piping distriution dias or material an what else ? what is the main header pressure ? where is the compressor installed ? i may work in C, C++, SQL, Verilog, Fortran, Web Design, Graphics, Logo, Report Writing, Content Writing, Data Entry..... i think he can do it. as your project is a factory layout, Assembling of all equipments with in th space of factory, so i can handle this layout well

Interesting project. I will need information on location of Compressor and Receiver Tank. This will determine the the sizing and drainage requirements. The working heights and overhead clearances for drop-down flexible hoses/connectors or ground piping will also be needed. The number of points or opp orators per bench is also key. I have worked extensively with pneumatic systems and therefore capable of delivering your requirements. Do you have dust extract system for your cross-cutting operations. The level of dust will have serious effects on your compressor performance should the intake filters be compromised by dust. Also you must safeguard against workers using the air for cleaning. Compressors consume a lot of energy is not designed and managed carefully. All the best.
