Hello. I have main question about your project - do you want to see all mechanisms in 3D model or just a "box"? After your answer i could better understand the amount of work. Right now it's difficult to understand what time will be needed to finish the project. After that, I'll be able to tell the right price and deadline. I can make model in SolidWorks 2016, the construction tree will be clear and easy to understand. I can convert parts/assemblies in whatever format you need, so you could easily print it or import into another programs (if you need). Also i can render the model if you need it. I have a huge experience in 3D modeling (almost 7 years), you can check some of my models in my portfolio.
