A home page design and layout required

I need a design (a beautiful layout) for the Home page of a "doctors' social networking website".

Site is "www.gmcdoctors.com" (This site is under construction)

This is purely a photoshop design with HTML. A separate developer will integrate the rest of the contents or the functions to the site.

This must be a unique and appealing template with the appropriate highlight given to the different parts of home page.

Following are the sections of the home page:

HOME PAGE:

**Header

**Navigation bars

**Footer

**Body

Other components:

Welcome section - a Box with welcome message

Benefits of Signing Up - a box with a brief message with a more button

Advertisement section - 2 boxes of advertisemment to fit the laft column of the site - one below the other

Recent Members - List of 10 members with brief detail of members (Please see the attached file for an idea about what I am expecting)

Login box with forgot password link

Sign Up - must be highlighted. Could appear in more than one place

Recent Classified Adverts - this section will highlight a few of the recent classifieds - may be with fotos

Ask a Medical Question - this is a Button - must be highlighted.

Section to show the latest question asked by a member

Recent Clinical Cases - a section in which brief portion of an article will appear with a link to more of it.

Send a message to administrator - a button

My Diary - must be highlighted

My Inbox

Submit a Clinical case - a button

Site Statistics - a box with a few statistics

Ideas must be unique with a "Doctors Theme".

Unfurtunately I can only select a person by looking at the final or near final work.

Therefore I will buy the best work out of the samples I am shown.

This may look like a competition, but you need to do a ground work before I can select your design.

You can host it in your server and show to me or you can show me only the jpeg file.

When I buy it I will need the original photoshop file along with the jpeg and html.

Please bid with your design, If I like it I will straight away buy it.
