Blackberry Application Blocklist lite &Voice Mail Greetings

Hi,

I am looking for Blackberry Application developer, who can complete my two small application.

1. Block List :

You can go through 'Blocklist lite' application, I want smiler application to be develop.

2. Voice Mail Service :

When user is going to block the number, he can send the in build voice mail to that number or to server. This is one of the feature of above application.

I want this things to be done in 5-10 Days Max. My max budget is 150$. So Please bid accordingly.
