Have many years professional experience designing PC peripherals from sch through PCB design and coding in C. For this project I would adapt existing USB Keyboard design from TI. They have a circuit and they also provide software. This is what is included in my bid: Complete schematic BOM generation Complete PCB design using Altium Designer Gerber Generation Silicon rubber is not included since I do not have expertise and I will need to sub-contract that part.
