Coordinate Adjustment Program

Wanted Custom Coordinate Adjustment Program - Based on a 7 parameter adjustment (Helmert / Afine Adjustment)

Platform - Windows 7

Program Langage - Any

Desired operation of software:

Import Field File (.csv format - Pt No., Easting, Northing, Elevation, Code) into program.

Import Design File (.csv format - Pt No., Easting, Northing, Elevation, Code) into program. Points which are common between the field file and design file to be moved to a sheet where they can be edited (these will become the points to which the field file will be adjusted to).

Be able to manually add points to the layout.

Copy a line to the bottom of the sheet.

Delete Line (Point Name, Easting, Northing, Elevation, Code)

Be able to fix or float any of the of the components of a point to be used in the adjustment (ie. Fix E,N,Elev or only E or N or Elev).

Change a line to Fixed or Float.

Edit and fix any of the seven parameters of the adjustment. (Scale Factor, X or Y or Z Rotation and X or Y or Z Shift)

Run the Adjustment - iteration to find an accurate solution

The residuals of the adjustment should also be shown somewhere (upon request screen shots of desired layout can be provided).

Save and output the adjustment (two files to be outputted)

- Outputted File 1: the adjusted field file as a CSV ( file name to be the same as the input file name but with

_TRANS attached to the end of it.)

- Outputted File 2: The residual file as txt file ( file name to be the same as the input file name but with

_ADJRPT attached to the end of it.)
